We have a proven success model that has made us an industry leader and one of the largest executive search firms in the country, with over 400 recruiters. Previous recruiting experience is not required as we provide comprehensive initial training, along with ongoing coaching and guidance, whether onsite or virtually.

This is a commission-driven position with earning potential between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill needed positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements for the Recruiter

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates regularly.
