Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up equipment, and support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
