• Gathers, prepares and presents evidence and related material for trials or hearings.
• Represents the State and client in trials and hearings with opening statements and examinations.
• Participates in settlement or plea negotiations.
• Prepares legal documents following settlements or plea agreements and ensures filings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
