• Explains the legal process to witnesses and prepares them for court testimony, keeping clients informed.
• Gathers and presents evidence for trials or hearings.
• Represents the State in trials and hearings, including jury selection and opening/closing statements.
• Participates in settlement or plea negotiations.
• Prepares documents for settlements or plea agreements and ensures proper filing and signatures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
