Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Yardi Property Management experience is a plus, CRE knowledge helpful.
• 0–3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operations support for asset management and accounting.
• Communicate daily with vendors and tenants nationwide to maintain portfolio performance.
• Assist with annual budgets and detailed financial reports for clients.
• Manage work orders and administrative requests.
• Support onboarding of new acquisitions.
• Conduct site visits for local and out-of-state properties as needed.
