Tri City Glass & Door Inc is seeking a Project Manager who will coordinate jobs, manage the project team, and serve as the main point of contact among clients, subcontractors, and staff. The role emphasizes safety, quality, timeliness, and budget adherence in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree, or related experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity with hand tools, tape measures and levels, etc.
• Understanding of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs and workflow with attention to detail to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Serve as key contact between client, subcontractors, and project team.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure safety regulations, quality standards and project specs are met.
• Prepare accurate submittals and change orders.
• Manage procurement, deliveries, and material costs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Direct installation teams to complete jobs on time.
