Job summary

Tri City Glass & Door Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate jobs and workflows with attention to detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors and the internal team.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications, with responsibilities spanning procurement, submittals, and field coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools, tape measures and levels.
• Understanding of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and workflow to meet schedules and budgets.
• Act as main contact between client, subcontractors and project team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site and in documentation.
• Prepare submittals and detailed work orders for shop production and installation.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials to support construction schedules.
• Analyze bids for accurate pricing and optimize product selection.
