BLOX LLC in the United States seeks an Assistant Project Manager II to drive program task execution within our DMC delivery model. The role blends office coordination with on-site field support, ensuring critical information reaches stakeholders promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities include managing buyouts, invoices, POs, and QFL; preparing JCRs and owner invoices; tracking materials and long-lead items; and training junior staff while improving processes and templates.
Description
BLOX is revolutionizing the construction industry by integrating advanced manufacturing principles with innovative technology to deliver high-quality, modular building solutions. We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
BLOX is seeking a proactive, analytically minded Assistant Project Manager II (APM II) to drive execution of program tasks and own selected coordination workstreams end-to-end within our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. The APM II is a mid-level role in the Program Management Group that blends office-based program coordination with onsite field support, performing at a higher level of independence and accuracy than the APM I and preparing financial deliverables for PM review.
The APM II is often the person who ensures critical information — schedule changes, cost impacts, buyout status, QFL findings — reaches the right stakeholder at the right time. Strong information fluency, process discipline, and the ability to train others on both are central to the role.
BLOX offers the full spectrum of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. We also offer flexible spending accounts, paid time off, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance and a 401k plan.
