Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Manager – Show Site to apply industry knowledge and harmonize client production requirements, improving efficiencies and controlling costs. You will work with sales from contract to delivery, ensuring successful production outcomes and seamless information flow.

This in-person role supports the Audio Visual and Event Technology teams, with a full-time, on-site schedule in Las Vegas, NV; travel is possible for events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations or project management for AV or staging.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• PMP and CTS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in site surveys to plan events.
• Liaises with facilities and vendors for upcoming events.
• Develops production schedules and budgets.
• Reviews invoices and manages post-show reporting.
• Ensures on-site operations run cost-effectively.
• Leads daily on-site briefings with staff.
