• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Entry level construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture; injury-free environment.
• Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Assists with estimating and change management; quantity take-off; subcontractor proposals review.
• Works on site with project team supporting monitoring crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Participates in punch lists, inspections, safety reviews, quality reviews; documents as needed.
• Posts drawings and specifications with latest information; prepares documentation.
• Organizes and participates in project meetings; disseminates required documents.
• Prepares reports including daily/weekly progress, manpower, schedules, equipment tracking to support project.
