Performance Contracting Group is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its Raleigh-531 operations in Raleigh, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in construction management or engineering.

• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings and site coordination.
• Create and manage punch lists for projects.
• Support QA/QC measures per PCI program.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals for projects.
• Labor control on assigned projects including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Support implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s across projects.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
