Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with guidance from managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives; track progress and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and the integration process.
• Participate in tasks like estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and slab prep as skills grow.
