Lithko Contracting, LLC. seeks a Project Engineer for an entry-level role in concrete construction in Charlotte, NC.

You will join a team that builds across industrial, healthcare, and educational facilities, with hands-on experience from project kickoff to completion. You will work with managers and mentors on safety, quality, and execution, develop plans, track progress, and learn through our integration program.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources, including managers and mentors, to understand project scope, safety and quality plans.
• Impact the project by developing plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the project execution process.
• Assist with estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, and prep & forming of structural slabs.
• Support opportunities to grow and take on responsibilities as skills develop.
