Job summary

Lithko Contracting is looking for an entry-level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on job sites nationwide. You will be mentored by a dedicated manager and participate in Lithko’s integration training designed to accelerate your career.

On average, PEs are promoted within a year and gain a clear path to lead projects while receiving salaried benefits, vacation, retirement matching, and health coverage across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively understand the project scope, schedule, safety, and quality with guidance from managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams via the project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, form walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, and more.
