Lithko Contracting, LLC. is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our team in Rogers, AR.

You will work under experienced mentors to understand project scope, safety plans, and scheduling while contributing to concrete construction projects across our nationwide footprint. Responsibilities include developing work plans, tracking progress, and learning hands-on on-site processes such as estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, and slab prep.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with managers and mentors for safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
