Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work/military experience).
• Entry-level role with potential for growth through Lithko's integration program.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety, and quality with guidance from managers.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams through the integration program.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and more as skills develop.
