Responsibilities

• Send and respond to email communication with clients, contractors, lenders, and internal team members.
• Request missing documents and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review incoming documents for completeness.
• Track project updates and document status in internal systems.
• Enter and update information accurately.
• Help organize project files and maintain clean records.
• Review basic invoices, budgets, contracts, lien waivers, and supporting documents.
• Flag missing information or discrepancies for the team.
• Help keep projects moving through the process.
• Support reporting, quality control, and special projects as needed.
