Job summary

Russell Tobin is recruiting a Customer Support Representative in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on handling brokerage-related inquiries, supporting clients with online access, and maintaining high service standards.

You will participate in fully remote training for 4–5 weeks, then transition to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after six months. A college degree or prior contact center experience is required.

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in Columbus OH

Pay Rate: $19.17/hr.

Work Schedule:
