Job summary

Russell Tobin is recruiting a Customer Support Representative in Columbus, OH for a leading financial services firm. The role begins with 4–5 weeks of fully remote training, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in Columbus OH.

Pay Rate: $19/hr - $19.17/hr.

Work Schedule:

• 4–5 weeks of fully remote training
• After 6 months, transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
