Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and filling 50-pound bags on a conveyor belt. The position requires the ability to lift and move these bags as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Weigh blocks and place label tickets on blocks and boxes.
• Manage boxer and robotic operations.
• Maintain operating records such as block counts.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read work orders in English.
• Team player with experience in production, general labor, packing, loading, stacking pallets, and warehouse production.
• Basic computer skills necessary for documenting work orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Capability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of packaging processes.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
