Aerotek is hiring Production Associates for Rochester, MN, to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Open to candidates from varied backgrounds, including construction or warehousing, with multiple shifts available and differential pay for some schedules.

Typical responsibilities include operating equipment, performing assembly with tools, and ensuring quality while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow within the team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
