Aerotek is seeking a Production Deboxer for a refrigerated facility in Swedesboro, NJ. This hands-on role focuses on unpacking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments while maintaining accuracy and speed on all loading activities.

You'll work in a Contract to Hire arrangement, with weekly pay and benefits, and opportunities to grow within a stable, safety-focused warehouse team that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Ability to accurately count products and complete basic paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail when handling orders, pallets, and documentation.
• Ability to follow loading and shipping instructions.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
• Dependable and able to follow established safety and sanitation procedures.

As a Production Deboxer , youll play an important role in keeping production and shipments moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position where youll prepare products for shipment, organize and consolidate pallets, track order information, and help load completed orders onto trucks. This is a great fit for someone with warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or general labor experience who enjoys staying active and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Environment

This position is located in a refrigerated

production facility, so candidates must be comfortable working in colder

lbs and following established gowning, sterilization, safety, and cleanliness procedures when entering and exiting designated work areas.
