Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in aerospace fastener manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience operating up to three automatic machines.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic sets up and operates up to three automatic machines to produce parts.
• Recognizes and corrects out-of-tolerance conditions and adjusts controls as needed.
• Runs trial operations to verify machine settings and data accuracy.
• Inspects parts for conformance using gauges and shop floor system.
• Reports major discrepancies to lead or supervisor and documents results.
