Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have one year of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to perform basic math and basic computer skills.
• Must be team oriented.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to climb stairs, navigate catwalks, lift up to 50 pounds, stoop and bend.
• Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Pre-employment computer-based testing completed.
• Post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen completed.
• Forklift or mobile equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Total commitment to working safe and following safety rules.
• Responsible for cleaning the assigned production area, sweeping and debris removal.
• Operate equipment in the assigned area.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Remove items after processing and interpret work instructions.
• Safe start up and shut down of equipment in the area.
• Willingness to learn new jobs and skills and communicate with team and leadership.
• Mandatory cleaning per covid protocols at shift end.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to work in a manufacturing facility. This is an Entry Level Production night shift position starting at $20.02/hr.
