Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Software discipline and Product Management team within the Technology & Experience (TechEx) Practice. You will contribute to shaping experiences with value, usability, and feasibility for clients, supporting product development teams across agile environments.

You’ll gain exposure to advisory work, including future-state recommendations and high-level analysis across the software lifecycle, with opportunities to conduct data analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with graduation window Dec 2026–Aug 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office for hybrid work
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundational Agile/UX product development practices: user stories, backlog refinement, product requirements
• Support discovery through competitive research and user interviews
• Contribute QA input on acceptance criteria and process improvements
• Craft narratives using storytelling, surface trends for AI-related opportunities
• Help create digital offerings: portals, intranets, mobile apps, integrations, intelligent agents
• Assist in status/progress reporting and communication
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and data-driven recommendations
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights and delivery efficiency
