Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with graduation window Dec 2026–Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid work model; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Agile/UX product development practices, creating user stories and backlog items.
• Contribute to discovery through research, interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Support QA by providing input on acceptance criteria and process improvements.
• Craft clear narratives and surface industry trends for AI-enabled opportunities.
• Help create digital offerings and map journeys and personas.
• Analyze engagement data to inform actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure high-quality outputs.
