Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Software discipline and Product Management team within our Technology & Experience Practice. We build human-centered software and AI products across industries, shaping experiences with value, usability, and feasibility for clients and their customers.

You will engage in discovery, storytelling, and advisory work across the software development lifecycle, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and drive data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid work model with residency within 50 miles of the assigned office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with travel costs covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundational Agile/UX product development practices (user stories, backlogs, requirements).
• Contribute to discovery via competitive research, user interviews, technical analysis, and coordinating research.
• Support QA with acceptance criteria input and process improvements.
• Craft narratives using storytelling to surface AI/Generative AI opportunities and recommendations.
• Help create and implement digital offerings (portals, intranets, apps, integrations) and contribute to journey mapping.
• Assist in concise status reporting and cross-team communication.
• Analyze user engagement or market data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure high-quality outputs for clients.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes.
