Procurement Analyst - Onsite in Columbus, OH

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a collaborative team in Columbus, OH. This is a 6-month W2 contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $38.73 an hour with benefits, and offers a clear path to a long-term role.

This position is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving cost savings and optimizing procurement processes.

Position Summary

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the entire reverse auction process. You will work closely with Procurement Consultants and Category Managers to help plan, execute, and manage these strategic auctions. Your role will be critical in preparing sourcing documents, communicating data and outcomes, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of reverse auctions to drive cost savings and enhance supplier relationships.
Assist with sourcing document development and prepare for all stages of the reverse auction process.
Communicate reverse auction data and outcomes to team members to assess performance and cost savings.
Collaborate with procurement leadership to continuously evaluate and improve reverse auction strategies and processes.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field; OR four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience.
Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos is preferred.
Contract: 6-month W2 contract-to-hire.
Compensation: $38.73 an hour with benefits.
Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH.
