The Criminal Justice Case Manager position is based in Boulder/Longmont, CO with routine travel to court and jail as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, data entry, report writing, and Motivational Interviewing within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement, or community supervision may substitute for education.
• Must pass background check and have access to state criminal databases.
• Motivational Interviewing experience required within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for probation clients to support successful completion of terms.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Complete reports and maintain timely case files.
• Meet clients to evaluate progress and administer rewards and sanctions.
• Work with courts and agencies; travel to jail and court as needed.
• Document contacts and prepare court reports.
