Job summary

Upperline Health is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Practice Success Coordinator in Abingdon, MD to support patient enrollment in Upperline Plus at partner practices. You will educate patients, enroll them in the program, and guide scheduling visits using an iPad, while representing the company’s culture at site visits.

This is an onsite, patient-facing role with no mandatory weekend shifts. The compensation includes a base wage of $16–$20 per hour plus monthly commission tied to enrollment and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Comfort with iPads and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll patients in the program.
• Help patients see the value of engaging in the program and guide them through scheduling visits.
• Build rapport with patients and clinic teams.
• Partner with clinic staff to troubleshoot issues and refine enrollment workflows.
• Represent Upperline's culture and values at partner sites.
