Job summary

IntelliBee in Richmond, VA is seeking an entry-level portfolio analyst to assist management by maintaining project information, preparing reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, coordinating meetings, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date.

You will collect and analyze portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business/IT/finance or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expenditures.
• Coordinate governance meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.
• Validate data and maintain information within ServiceNow.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance.
• Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.
• Prepare reporting materials for leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Maintain reporting documentation and SOPs.
