Job summary

You will collect and analyze portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions, monitor budgets and expenditures, and develop executive dashboards that tell a clear story using standard reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, finance or related field.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expenditures.
• Coordinate project governance meetings, record and track follow-up action items.
• Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.
• Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, Service Now.
• Perform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a story.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance and key metrics.
• Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.
• Support portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures.
