Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate project data from multiple sources.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts and expenditures.
• Coordinate project governance meetings and track follow-up action items.
• Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.
• Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, Service Now.
• Perform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a story.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance.
• Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.
• Support portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures.

Location: Richmond - Onsite in Richmond Office 2 days a week

This entry level role assists management by maintaining project information, preparing reports and dashboards within Service Now, coordinating meetings and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date. They will be collecting and analyzing portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions.
