Job summary

Convey is seeking an Operations Associate to support the PMO, Project Managers, and Professional Services leadership. This entry‑level role focuses on administration, governance, timecard approvals, LOE estimates, and SoW coordination.

You will work with Rocketlane, Salesforce, and internal tools, learn to manage reports and templates, and grow into more ownership as the team expands. Ideal candidates are highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; prior exposure to Rocketlane, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Jira is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMO, Project Managers, and Professional Services leaders.
• Support compliance and governance activities, including maintaining project documentation and approvals.
• Manage the weekly timecard cycle: monitor submissions and route timecards for approval.
• Assist in preparing LOE estimates from inputs from project/technical teams.
• Coordinate the SoW process end to end and maintain the SoW repository.
• Maintain project data in Rocketlane and Salesforce for accurate reporting.
• Prepare recurring operational reports and dashboards for Professional Services leadership.
• Schedule and support internal meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Identify small process gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as the role grows.
