Job summary

Convey (formerly Message Broadcast) is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to support the PMO, Project Managers, and Professional Services leadership. You will handle administration, governance, timecard approvals, LOE estimates, and SoW coordination in a fast-paced SaaS services environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with Rocketlane, Salesforce, and Convey tools, expanding ownership of processes, reporting, and system administration as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; internships or campus leadership count.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including following up with senior colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, esp. Excel/Sheets.
• Willingness to learn new systems; prior exposure to Rocketlane or Salesforce is a plus.
• Discretion handling contract, financial, and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to PMO, Project Managers, and leaders.
• Support compliance and governance activities and maintain project records.
• Manage weekly timecard cycle and routing for approvals.
• Assist in preparing LOE estimates from inputs from teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end SoW process, drafts, routing, and repository upkeep.
• Maintain project data in Rocketlane and Salesforce for accurate reporting.
• Prepare recurring operational reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Schedule internal meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to templates and workflows.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role grows.
