Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking entry-level Child Care Specialists (Behavior Technicians) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in a center setting, using the Early Start Denver Model. You will work with clinicians across ABA, speech, and occupational therapy to support development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with potential RBT certification within 6 weeks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within first six weeks.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in a center.
• Follow care plans created by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
• Observe and document progress using a computer or tablet.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and share updates for high-quality care.
• Paid training for RBT certification and development; opportunities for raises and promotions.
• Longer-term career paths in related behavioral health roles.
