Energy Job Shop is seeking Entry Level Plant Operators for the Barnett Field / Fort Worth Basin to support natural gas processing operations in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for those new to oil and gas who are eager to learn and grow within the industry; you will work with experienced operators to ensure safe and efficient plant operations while developing technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 3 years of relevant experience typically required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and willingness to learn plant operations.
• Ability to read and monitor gauges, meters, and operating information.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely under supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and unscheduled callouts as required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift items weighing 20+ lbs.
• Comfort working in outdoor and potentially hazardous environments with PPE.
