Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Charlotte, NC on a contract with a possible extension. Schedule: 1st shift, M-F 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pay range: $19–$21 per hour.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: three years of phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility is required to cover multiple locations, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime as staffing needs require.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures including dress code, health & safety, and guiding principles.
• Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Travel to multiple locations and work at patient service centers as needed.
