Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and lift items up to 50 lbs on rare occasions.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required.
• 1+ year customer-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on safety and service.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Support center operations and participate in process improvements per procedures.
