Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Findlay, OH is seeking a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, and perform phlebotomy as part of daily duties.

You will also use the Donor Information System, maintain donor charts, and coordinate compensation while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or otherwise stated.
• Able to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle materials as needed.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
