Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team Member in Ohio to participate in the filling process and support manufacturing activities.

The role involves handling components, operating filling and capping equipment, and maintaining clean and organized production areas under supervision. The position requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read SOPs in English, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read Standard English SOPs, maintenance schedules and operating manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, gathers and stages manufacturing supplies and equipment.
• Gathers, stages and returns production materials as required to support manufacturing activities.
• Cleans and stores manufacturing equipment and areas as required to support manufacturing activities.
• Attends all training programs as required by Company SOPs, procedures and policies.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.
