Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team member to support sterile pharmaceutical production at the Hilliard facility. You will assist in all stages of the compounding process, operate equipment, and ensure compliant documentation and batch integrity.

You will work under supervision, performing tasks such as weighing, filtration, and cleaning while following SOPs and safety protocols. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years related field work preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing technology such as HMI-PLC/SCADA is preferred.
• Ability to work around chemicals and maintain cleanroom standards.
• Must read English documents such as SOPs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Weigh materials using scales, balances, and load cells.
• Set up aseptic filtration and perform filter integrity testing.
• Utilize blending, mixing, and other homogenization technologies.
• Perform batch dosing calculations according to material potency.
• Stock, stage, and return production materials as needed.
• Clean and store manufacturing equipment and support areas.
• Attend required training programs and follow SOPs.
