Job summary

American Regent is hiring an entry-level Filling Process Operator for its Shirley, NY facility. The role supports the Manufacturing Team in aseptic filling, equipment cleaning, and line clearance to ensure sterile liquid pharmaceutical production meeting cGMP standards.

You will work under supervision while gaining qualification in gowning and aseptic processing. Responsibilities include operating washer/capper equipment, documenting tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must read Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance schedules in English.
• Able to pass gowning qualification and Media Fill Qualification.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Able to function in a team-based work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in washer/capper area to SOPs and quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP and cGMP; follow SOPs.
• Operate washer and capper machines; maintain production records.
• Load containers, stage WIP, and support filling windows.
• Clean and document work areas; notify supervisor of issues.
• Complete documentation for tasks performed.
• Stock and stage manufacturing supplies and equipment.
• Sanitize components and packaging to support manufacturing.
• Attend training programs as required; gowning and cleaning qualifications.
