Job summary

American Regent, Inc. in Shirley, NY is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team Member to support the Filling Process of sterile liquids. You will assist with washing, assembling, sanitizing equipment, loading glass vials, and operating filling and capping machines under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, gown qualifications, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime. PPE must be worn as required to maintain cleanroom standards.

Qualifications

• Pass gown qualification and Media Fill Qualification.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Must read documents in Standard English such as SOPs, maintenance schedules and operating manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must become qualified to don Glass Washroom and APA gowning apparel and operate washers and cappers.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in washer/capper area to established standards of productivity and quality.
• Adheres to GMP & cGMP practices.
• Operates washer and capper machines and keeps records.
• Cleans work areas and documents in log books.
• Assists with stocking, staging and returning production materials.
