Job summary

10X Recruitment has been retained by a growing plaintiff personal injury firm in Phoenix to find an organized, detail-driven Legal Assistant to support its litigation team. This onsite, full-time role is based at the Phoenix office.

You will assist attorneys and paralegals, manage injury case files in the firm’s case management system, track deadlines and court dates, and provide exceptional client service while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury law firm preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
