Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and the MGM Program.
• Grow small business client opportunities and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls and cross-sell products.
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals.
• Educate clients on service options and digital channels.
• Assess risk and comply with Citigroup policies and regulations.
