Dent Wizard International is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair Technician to travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site performing PDR on a variety of vehicles. The role involves reviewing work with customers, writing work orders, and negotiating approvals, while building strong relationships to promote services.

Starting compensation is $21.00/hour with potential for uncapped earnings; first-year earnings commonly range from $50,000 to $75,000, with long-term potential

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
