Job summary

Dent Wizard International in Downey, CA is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to service a variety of vehicles at customer locations or on-site. You will repair dents using our proprietary PDR process and review the work with customers to secure approvals.

No experience is required; we offer unlimited earning potential, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $23.10 per hour with long-term earning potential of $60,000 to $150,000+ depending on

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
