Dent Wizard seeks a Senior Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair dents at customer locations or on-site using our proprietary PDR process. The role emphasizes customer interaction, writing work orders, and driving revenue through service promotion.

The position offers uncapped earnings potential with a starting range and ongoing commission-based pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using our PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
