Dent Wizard is seeking a Senior Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. You will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair dents and dings using our proprietary PDR process, reviewing work with customers, and building strong relationships.

We offer uncapped earning potential with commission-based pay, a starting range of $50,000–$150,000/year depending on location and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and company-provided tools and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
